Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Once payment is made for any of our services, it is strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, the customer agrees to this policy and understands that no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Service Adjustment Policy

While refunds are not available, customers may request a change of service type or service schedule, under the following conditions:

The new service must be of equal value to the original payment.
If the customer prefers to delay the service, we will hold the service credit until the customer is ready to use it (valid for 6 months from purchase date).
Service change requests must be made before the original service has started.

3. Example

If a customer pays RM100 for a Rank Boosting service but later decides they prefer a Coaching Session worth RM100, they can switch to that service.

However, they cannot request a refund of RM100 in cash.

4. Agreement

By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
